  I was with this agent for 7 years. Never had a problem at all. Great guy and helpful, until you cancel your policy. I found cheaper insurance with much better coverage. Payment were coming out on auto pay with Richard. Called to cancel, one of the staff helped me out. Received a bill for 107 bucks with a "third and final notice" header. Never received a phone call of anything. Called Customer care who realized it was a mistake. They backdated my policy to give me a 0 balance. They assured me it wouldn't go into collections. Fast forward 3 weeks, BOOM collections notice. Lol Now I'm battling a debt I don't owe all because Richard didn't call me and let me know I had a balance weeks ahead of time. Never missed a payment in 7 years and because I cancelled he decided that I deserved to battle a debt (even tho I was always on auto pay and never missed payments or even had a late payment). Thank God Allstate corporate is there to help me fight debt I don't owe.
